I love the car, and the dealership offers a very nice warranty. I haven't had any expereince with the service department yet. But i would go there for another vehicle. The only 2 things i found that i don't particularly like. The cars can't be ordered. They are pretty much floating downstream and you get what you get, you have to find one upstream that best fits what your willing to take and claim it before someone else does and thats not a spitzer thing, thats a toyota thing. The sale went quickly and smooth. Ryan took care of business efficiently. Things got slowed up somewhat at the part where I signed my life away, but I took my nap while I waited.

Eric was super helpful, but not pushy. He was able to answer my questions and he stayed late to ensure everything went smoothly. The experience overall was easy and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The only drawback is that I wish some of the cosmetic issues with the vehicle had been pointed out. There is significant wear on the inside of the tailgate that I didn't see until I was home. Not at all a dealbreaker, but I would have liked to have known about that upfront.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I bought a Honda CRV-4 from Dom Amato and gave him a list of what I wanted in a car and he delivered with everything on my list I was looking at a RAV-4 and saw a used Honda on the lot and he had no problem with me buying a Honda at Toyota. I needed a car pretty quickly and he was able to get the deal done in a day. Would def recommend this place and especially this salesman

Collin and Spitzer came through and found me a RAV 4 when everyone else told me it would be 6 -8 weeks. The entire process was efficient and delivered as promised. Already put 1200 miles on in 6 days and the vehicle is fantastic!
Fantastic! They did an oil change and inspection on my new vehicle - they even gave a complimentary washing as well - which was unexpected and very cool. The lobby area was very spacious and clean, the employees were attentive, and the experience overall was great. I’ll be bringing my vehicle back in the future for maintenance.

The service advisor James has been the best to work with. Had issues with Cochran Toyota’s service manager lying about things after they bought out Massie years ago. Have been nervous to let another stealership touch my truck. James was up front and honest.
They are always very nice and keep you informed. They ask before they do any additional work.

I was told the part was in stock and would be put on in 2 days. I went to the appointment to have the part installed was informed that it wasn’t painted yet and had to drive to the paint shop to give them the color of my vehicle. The garage couldn’t do it for some reason. Was told it would be ready the next day and would be called. Never happened! I called a week later and it was finally ready. Nick Pike was not my service person. Deana was and she was exceptional. I use a walker and she was very sensitive to my needs. I want my power tailgate on my $77k 2025 truck with less than 5k miles fixed. Technicians say they can't replicate the problem in the shop. WELL THEN TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM FURTHER AND FIX IT

This was one of our best purchasing experiences, which says a lot since we have purchased more than 20 cars together. The finance agent, Ralph, was also the best. He was helpful in arranging the financing to suit us, and got us through the process very quickly. Between Darius and Ralph, we were very happy with the entire experience. Great team!

Charles was EXTREMELY patient with me, explained everything, repeatedly made himself available for me. He is an excellent representative. He put in a phone call to the workers to update me on timing. The environment was VERY pleasant. I was able to relax and do work while waiting. I even won a dog toy on the spin wheel! I definitely plan do come by again, and more frequently!
