Is ToyotaCare transferable to subsequent owners?

Yes, ToyotaCare is transferable to subsequent owners of eligible models – provided the vehicle has not exceeded the 2-year or 25,000-mile complimentary period.

Must I always return to the Toyota dealership where I purchased my vehicle to take advantage of ToyotaCare?

No, ToyotaCare no-cost maintenance is available at any participating Toyota dealership in the continental United States and Alaska. ToyotaCare no-cost maintenance must be performed by a participating Toyota dealership.

How do I contact Roadside assistance?

To contact Roadside Assistance, eligible Toyota drivers should call 1-800-444-4195, and a representative will do their best to assist you.

When will I receive my ToyotaCare Welcome Benefits via Email?

With the purchase or lease of every new Toyota, customers will receive a ToyotaCare welcome email in approximately 14-20 days. This ToyotaCare communication will provide specific details of your ToyotaCare benefits.
