    Charles is always so kind, so supportive, and so knowledgable. I think it is great that he is the person who handles my service appointments all the time. He remembers me and knows a whole lot about my car. I also felt very safe waiting for my car’s service this time. The waiting room was very calm and clean, with great spacing between chairs, and thankfully the television was turned off so that I could sit and read with no loud distractions.

    My salesman was very good. No pressure but very knowledgeable and helpful! They didn't have the exact truck I came in for, but my salesman took plenty of time in showing me other available trucks and letting me test drive some. I ended up buying a truck I like even better than what I thought I wanted!

    I had a really bad experience with this shop I was left in the dark about my car , they did not keep in contact at the start and my 1999 land cruiser literally left the shop in way worst condition than I left it my property was destroyed in my eyes as a Toyota owner I was completely dissatisfied , I never asked these guys to touch my car yet the removed things and made changes with out my consent thus devaluing my car and raising cost for me to get it fixed please do not use them they are all about money they don’t care about the regular person oh yeah and I was nearly assaulted by staff for being upset about the service I got smh

    Josh was an excellent salesman and took his time to explain the features, functions, and benefits of the car. Instead of an around town drive, he allowed me to take the car on a interstate highway to evaluate its performance.

  • Had an appointment for 10 AM for a recall and oil change. At 115 pm asked how much longer and was told 45 minutes till they were starting my car. So 4 hours later was going to start my car. Just asked for my car and left. Would never suggest anyone going here for service.

    Not a long wait. Friendly service. Minimal cost as expected for inspection. Outside place to wait as well as social distant spaces inside.
