This visit to Spitzer Toyota was related to the tire pressure indicators in my Camry. The tire inflation warning came on and the tire inflation display was blank. Charles handed the computer diagnostics and then ordered the inflation sensors for the repair. Charles has always been a professional service representative and friendly in my experience over the years.

Best Toyota customer service in the tri-state. Service staff are friendly and accommodating. Pricing and quality of work are good. Estimated wait times for repair have been accurate and 2 out of three times they have been completed earlier. I feel this service group is fair and very trustworthy. I have been to one other Toyota service group in Pittsburgh and will only come to Spitzer. Lastly waiting accommodations are clean and have many comfortable chairs / work areas.

I called and I said to the guy guarantee 900 monthly income with no bills coming out so a salesman who sounds like english is a 2nd language to him instead of the first told me flat out no ma'am we can't accept your income must make 1200.00 but wow my family has been getting their cars from spitzers Toyota for years when guarantee income was 750.00 and less not to mention I was putting half down from the price on the vehicle.
