Can’t say enough about this group. I was looking for a certain non-Toyota car and was frustrated with quality of interactions from sales folks. My wife loves Spitzer (particularly james in service who is a customer service legend) for how she has been treated in sales and service. She finally had enough and forced me to go to Spitzer. Wow! What a difference. Our sales associate Adeel was incredible! He was patient, listened to what I wanted and we had a conversation about cars that would fit that weren’t even on his lot. In the end he found us a car that had most of what I was looking for a lot less money than cars I had looked at on other lots and he even came in on his time off to accommodate our tight schedules. Great guy and an honest salesperson who was fun to work with. Kyle in finance was friendly, honest, and got us a great deal. I’ve dealt with a lot of finance guys who will do anything to sell you packages you don’t need at closing. Kyle had a conversation with us to show what was offered and what it would do and I felt I was with an advisor, not a high pressure salesman. This is a dealership that invests in relationships.
