Salesman was Ryan Klobucher. I had signed along with my son on my son’s new lease for a 2025 Camry on 5/21. I called Ryan on 5/22 BEFORE the registration was submitted to the state as I wanted assurance that the registration, mail, bills etc would go to my son at his address and not mine. Ryan said he’d call me back the next day. He did not. I called on Tuesday 5/27 and was told that everything us in my name with my address and no way to update? Why no callback? Not sure what happened here??

Staff was courteous, friendly, professional, and clean. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly.

Rob was excellent with the knowledge about my truck and accessories. All personnel were excellent. My only complaint is with the service of cleaning the truck before I purchased it. The engine was covered with muddy water and Rob had to tell the guy 3 times to get it clean. Also, the truck had dust and crumbs on the dash and in the holders.

Excellent service from sale to service. Very fast service and staff were all so pleasant.

Also, my inspection appointment and my second appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and an engine light check went great. Charles Carter and James Thomas answered all of my questions and I didn’t have to wait too long for the services’ to be completed. I was a very satisfied customer after both of my service appointments’ for my car.

Last week, James Thomas did a great job of checking in my car to get the annual inspection stickers. Some maintenance services were overdue and James did a great job of explaining what each one was, including photos/video of the underside of my car. He was both friendly and professional. Took 2022 Rav hybrid in for 30k mile service last weekand discussed fraying drivers seat. James Thomas immediately ordered the covers. Took it back this week to have them installed. Very happy with installation and timing.

On principle we never take our cars to dealers for service. They are overpriced and try to upsell. However, we had such a very positive experience with purchasing our 2018 Prius Prime from Josh Prittie in April of 2024, that when we lost one of our key fobs, we decided to try your service/parts department to replace it. James Thomas serviced my 2006 Prius. There was a lot of work to be done, it was done in two days, and as far as I can tell three days later it was done well.

Had to replace both left and right hydraulic arms to the tune of $1600 (which I was not happy with AT ALL) because we did purchase an extended warranty. I only used the service aspect of the dealership but it was set up efficiently and staffed by friendly employees. It was clean inside with different places for customers to wait and the coffee bar and restroom were clean. The service advisor was not pushy about the services that were recommended for my vehicle since I didn’t have time to get them done.

The service department is second to none. James Thomas is the best Service Manager I’ve ever worked with at any dealership. He explains everything, keeps you updated, and I was very impressed when I received a video from him of the various things they were doing to my vehicle.
