I was in the early stages of car buying and went to Spitzer just to test drive a pre-owned 2025 Volkswagen Taos. Kae was so helpful and really informative. I loved the car and she could tell, but she was not pushy. I decided to talk numbers and look at trading in my 2017 KIA Forte. They offered the same amount as Carvana. Other dealers were disrespectful and laughed at me when I said the value.

Bought a Mercedes at Spitzer Acura and received free oil change and tires rotate. Toyota was closer to where I live. Good people - very accommodating and polite . Very responsive and thorough. Recommended . If I am in market for Toyota - I will give them first opportunity.

Dominic was amazing. He was very professional and friendly. He was not pushy or overwhelming. I loved that when I arrived they were not "in your face" so to speak like other dealerships I've been to. The service experience from the staff greeting to Elvis helping was awesome. The waiting room was comfortable and the service went quick (inspection, emissions, 10,000mi check/oil change). The reason for 3 stars is truly the completion of the process. My car came out last visit unwashed with muddy/wet footprints on my drivers side door frame and mat. I cleaned it up myself and was not happy. This time, it came out washed but soaking wet. I dried my own vehicle and wiped it down. It took me less than 5 minutes to complete this job. Ordered and purchased a 2026 RAV4 from Spitzer, our third car from this dealer. No nonsense, friendly, very dedicated to customer care. Service side is excellent as well and all three of our vehicles have been serviced exclusively by Spitzer. They are trustworthy, the work is done properly the first time, and they care about their customers. Ray helped us with our 26 RAV4 order and he was great. Got us exactly what we wanted. Been a customer for years and never had a problem here sales and service was always good. Had vehicle in for inspection and it needed 2 license plate bulbs replaced. i was told it would be $66 dollars to replace. 2 bulbs cost $5.97 literally 4 screws need removed and bulbs put in a 5 minute job. I asked if I could stop and put them in myself and was told if it wasn't done by service the vehicle would fail inspection and I would have to reschedule and pay a $30 re-inspection fee. I love the car, and the dealership offers a very nice warranty. I haven't had any expereince with the service department yet. But i would go there for another vehicle. The only 2 things i found that i don't particularly like. The cars can't be ordered. They are pretty much floating downstream and you get what you get, you have to find one upstream that best fits what your willing to take and claim it before someone else does and thats not a spitzer thing, thats a toyota thing. Eric was super helpful, but not pushy. He was able to answer my questions and he stayed late to ensure everything went smoothly. The experience overall was easy and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The only drawback is that I wish some of the cosmetic issues with the vehicle had been pointed out. There is significant wear on the inside of the tailgate that I didn't see until I was home. Not at all a dealbreaker, but I would have liked to have known about that upfront.
