Been a customer for years and never had a problem here
Been a customer for years and never had a problem here sales and service was always good. Had vehicle in for inspection and it needed 2 license plate bulbs replaced. i was told it would be $66 dollars to replace. 2 bulbs cost $5.97 literally 4 screws need removed and bulbs put in a 5 minute job. I asked if I could stop and put them in myself and was told if it wasn't done by service the vehicle would fail inspection and I would have to reschedule and pay a $30 re-inspection fee. I didn't have time to reschedule so I had to pay the obnoxious $66 fee. Of course, being upset I said I was writing a review at which time I was told if I write a review, I would be banned from the dealership. So much for the new Tundra I was considering buying at the end of the year. I'll take my business elsewhere. I used to love this dealership YOU LET ME DOWN SPITZER

I have had her before she is kind,caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I prefer her as my service contact. Spitzer always provides excellent service. There was a couple of questions he was unable to answer, but he was able to obtain the answer from other knowledgeable staff members. Can’t say enough about this group. I was looking for a certain non-Toyota car and was frustrated with quality of interactions from sales folks. My wife loves Spitzer (particularly james in service who is a customer service legend) for how she has been treated in sales and service. She finally had enough and forced me to go to Spitzer. Wow! What a difference. Our sales associate Adeel was incredible! He was patient, listened to what I wanted and we had a conversation about cars that would fit that weren’t even on his lot. In the end he found us a car that had most of what I was looking for a lot less money than cars I had looked at on other lots and he even came in on his time off to accommodate our tight schedules. Great guy and an honest salesperson who was fun to work with. Kyle in finance was friendly, honest, and got us a great deal. I’ve dealt with a lot of finance guys who will do anything to sell you packages you don’t need at closing. Kyle had a conversation with us to show what was offered and what it would do and I felt I was with an advisor, not a high pressure salesman. This is a dealership that invests in relationships. Highly recommend this group.

I went to the appointment to have the part installed was informed that it wasn’t painted yet and had to drive to the paint shop to give them the color of my vehicle. The garage couldn’t do it for some reason. Was told it would be ready the next day and would be called. Never happened! I called a week later and it was finally ready. This was not customer friendly at all. I have no idea who Nick is , I dealt with Elvis.

I bought a Honda CRV-4 from Dom Amato and gave him a list of what I wanted in a car and he delivered with everything on my list I was looking at a RAV-4 and saw a used Honda on the lot and he had no problem with me buying a Honda at Toyota. Eric was super helpful, but not pushy. He was able to answer my questions and he stayed late to ensure everything went smoothly. The experience overall was easy and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The only drawback is that I wish some of the cosmetic issues with the vehicle had been pointed out. There is significant wear on the inside of the tailgate that I didn't see until I was home. Not at all a dealbreaker, but I would have liked to have known about that upfront.

The selling process was fine. Rushed through the financing time. I was told the car needed to go through a complete detailing process, cleaning of interior specifically. When I arrived nothing more had been down. Dirt with the interior, stains were not addressed, windows and windshield were partially cleaned. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I bought a Honda CRV-4 from Dom Amato and gave him a list of what I wanted in a car and he delivered with everything on my list I was looking at a RAV-4 and saw a used Honda on the lot and he had no problem with me buying a Honda at Toyota. I needed a car pretty quickly and he was able to get the deal done in a day. Would def recommend this place and especially this salesman
