The Muscular, Brawny, Full-Size Toyota Tundra Pickup

The 2023 Toyota Tundra full-size pickup truck received a redesign in the 2022 model year. With the redesign came a handful of new trims that continue into the 2023 model year. All trims come with either a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine or a hybrid i-ForceMAX powertrain with the V6 and an electric motor.

All trims have a 10-speed automatic transmission and standard rear-wheel drive. The capable and versatile Tundra truck is available at Spitzer Toyota Monroeville where our friendly sales team can arrange a test drive around Monroeville, PA.

Well-Equipped, Entry-Level Trim Levels

The base SR trim has a V6 engine with 348 horsepower and rear-wheel drive. Drivers can choose the Double Cab with a long or mid-size bed or the Crew Cab with a short bed. This trim has an 8.0-inch touchscreen with navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hotspot, three USB ports, and six speakers.

All trims also have the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 features with Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Warning with Pedestrian Detection, Forward Automatic Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Traffic-Sign Recognition, Automatic High Beam Headlights, and a Rearview Camera.

The SR5 trim is similarly equipped but has the V6 engine with 389 horsepower. It is also available with the same bed and cab configurations along with LED fog lights and a Class IV tow hitch receiver.

Off-Road-Ready Trim

The only off-road-ready trim is the TRD Pro with a Crew Cab and short bed. This model has the V6 hybrid powertrain and four-wheel drive. It includes the TRD off-road package features like a tuned suspension, off-road drive modes with crawl control, upgraded shock absorbers, a locking rear differential, skid plates, and all-terrain tires. Interior features include synthetic leather upholstery with camouflage accents.

Premium, Luxury Trims

Toyota offers the Tundra in several well-equipped trims with luxurious, premium features. The Limited trim has several configurations with the 437 V6 hybrid powertrain. This trim has faux leather upholstery with heated and ventilated front seats. It also has a 14-inch touchscreen audio multimedia system with more USB ports, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and 20-inch wheels.

The Platinum has fewer bed and cab configurations. It’s the first trim offered with genuine leather interior upholstery, a heated steering wheel, and heated and ventilated rear seats. It has a panoramic sunroof, a 12-speaker audio system, ambient lighting, and a Surround-View Parking Camera System.

The 1794 Edition is equipped like the Platinum trim. Drivers can choose the standard or hybrid powertrain. The styling features include walnut trim and 20-inch alloy wheels.

The pinnacle of the Tundra lineup is the Capstone trim. This is available only with the Crew Cab and short bed, as well as the V6 hybrid with four-wheel drive. It is equipped like the Platinum trim and adds a Head-Up Display, power running boards, and 22-inch wheels.
